Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed Bhutto – Specialist Family physician & Head of Infection Control at Al Sharq Hospital, conducted Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for the hospital medical staff on Thursday 12th Sept 2019. The goal of this training was to give the participants knowledge and skills to recognize several life-threatening emergencies and to confidently manage them where proper use of BLS skills are required. The participants performed the steps of how to provide basic life support with CPR and AED, airway obstruction or choking, and to relieve choking in a safe and effective manner.
